Bears Up Close 2012
Join us for an hour-long
experience of story-telling, bear history and feeding the bears (from a safe
distance, of course!). You’ll meet the Museum’s Animal Department
Director, and learn first-hand about our black bears and the Museum’s role in
protecting this species.

Behind the Scene Tours
2012
Take an adventure behind the scenes to the fascinating world of
“life as an animal keeper.” Go to places the public never goes, meet our
animals up close and learn about their day-to-day care. Ever
wonder what it takes to keep a raptor fed or how our indoor educational
animals exercise?
What is enrichment? Well here’s your chance to find
out! Got questions? Ask away. Our passionate keepers are
here to ensure you have an unforgettable experience.

ages 5 and older. Space is limited to 12 people per tour.
